For the manufacture of cables LLC "Cable Factory" Energoprom" uses equipment from leading  European and Asianmanufacturers: NIEHOFF (Germany), SETIC (France), SKET (Germany), HENDING, JIXIN (China),  DIGEP (Hungary) POURTIER (France), CORTINOVIS (Italy), KABMAK (Turkey) , SPIRKA (Germany), MAILLEFER (Switzerland). The equipment allows to manufacture cables with a wire diameter of 0.20 mm²  to 800 mm² any class of flexibility. Production technology - complete cycle - from procurement and incoming inspection of materials before delivery to the warehouse of finished products tested. Enterprise staff are high-class specialists, using modern technology, experience of modernization and installation work on the equipment, are ready to fulfill any orders and in time.

• Production technology is a full complete cycle - from the purchase and incoming control of materials to the delivery of tested finished products to the warehouse.

• The technological cycle consists of the following basic operations:

• production aluminum wire rod 12mm, 9.5 mm

• drawing aluminum wire from 12 mm to 1.20 mm

• copper wire drawing from 8.00 mm to 0.05 mm

• twisting of a conductive core of 2-6 flexibility class

• extrusion of polymer insulation

• core twist for power and control cables

• armoring with steel tapes 

• extrusion of polymer shell
