1.2 Chemical composition of the rod

The rod is made from A5E or A7E grade aluminum (DSTU GOST 11069).

• A7E-PT (99,7% Al): Si-0.10; Fe-0.20; Cu-0.01; Mg-0.02; Zn-0.04; Ga-0.03; B-0.08; (Ti, V, Mn, Cr)-0.01; other - 0.02.

• A5E-PT (99,6% Al): Si-0.10; Fe-0.35; Cu-0.02; Mg-0.03; Zn-0.04; Ga-0.03; B-0.08; (Ti, V, Mn, Cr)-0.15; other - 0.02 

1.3 Characteristics of wire rod

• Nominal diameter, mm: 9.5± 0,3; 12.5± 0,4.

• Ovality, no more than, mm: 0.4

• Temporary tensile strength, MPa: 83-105 

• Elongation, %, not less than: 15

• Specific electrical resistance at a temperature of 20 °C, Ohm mm²/m, slightly more: 0.02800 (for A5E-PT); 0.02790 (for A7E-PT);

1.2 Chemical composition of the rod

• AKLP-SD(97): impurities - no more than 3% (Si - 0.5; Fe  - 1,5; Cu - 0.5; Ti - 0.02; Zn - 0.025; other - 0.23 - the composition of impurities can be changed according to customer requirements).

• AKLP-SD(98): impurities - no more than 2% (Si - 0.65; Fe  - 1.5; Cu - 0.2; Ti - 0.02; Zn - 0.015; other - 0.1 - the composition of impurities can be changed according to customer requirements).

1.3 Characteristics of wire rod

• Nominal diameter, mm: 9.5± 0,4; 12.5± 0,5; 15.0 ± 0,6.

• Ovality, no more than, mm: 0.4 (for Ø 9.5); 0.5 (for Ø 12.5); 0.6 (for Ø 15.0),

• Temporary tensile strength, MPa: 100-170 (at customer's request)

• Weight of a coil of wire rod, kg - 1700 (approximately)

• АВ-87 : Amounts of aluminum and magnesium - 87 (Including magnesium, no more 3.0); Cu-4.5; Zn-4.2; Si-8.0; Pb-0.5; Sn-0.4

1.3 Characteristics of aluminum granules

• Granule weight, gram: 20-400

• The granules should be in the form of a tetrahedral truncated pyramid or a cone with a rounded top. The size of the granule shape is determined by the manufacturer.
